Payment problem after winning hell
Summary: atesk0 won an auction on eBay but is running into a payment issue because the product is no longer available on the platform. I just won an auction and received the eBay notification inviting me to make the payment. When I click on it, it tells me that the item no longer exists.
I then contact the seller and ask if there was a price cap and, if so, to tell me the price so I can go ahead with the purchase, but he immediately replies that there is no cap and that he is perfectly willing to sell it to me at the auction price I won, and that he doesn’t understand why I can’t proceed with the payment.
Would it be possible to get some help?
