Problem with grouping purchases over 10 bears and changing shipping fees impossible

Question

Good evening everyone, having sold various philatelic lots over 3 weeks in 3 separate sales, a buyer won various lots in the 3 consecutive sales, I was able to group together the lots he won on his invoice and modify the fees on the first 2 sales series and on the 3rd the grouping and the fees can no longer be done or modified with a red warning message saying that modification is impossible because some lots are paid, which is obviously not the case .... what should I do please ??? thanks in ad...

Good evening Lingma85, many thanks for your feedback, your understanding, and indeed your solution. I have just proposed the thing to the buyer and will follow up. If he refuses, I will offer him a PayPal transfer of the correct total amount with the right shipping costs, and if not I’ll cancel the sales with him!!! Thanks a lot again, best regards. yann
