Refund issue
Summary: audtrab-0 explains that they have a problem with a refund on eBay. After leaving their account inactive, someone bought a game they had listed for sale. Since the customer didn’t receive a response, they requested a cancellation and a refund. Now, audtrab-0 says that in order to issue the refund, they’re being asked to enter their bank card details, even though the amount is available in their eBay account. They’re asking for advice on what to do next.
Hello, I have a problem. A few months ago I put a game up for sale, and then for a long time I didn’t touch the account for a while because of personal problems. When I logged back in, I saw that someone had bought the game, and seeing that I hadn’t replied, he asked to cancel it. Since I didn’t reply, now he’s asking for a refund. So when I wanted to refund him, it asks me to enter my card details, even though the €45 are in my eBay account, but it doesn’t offer to refund with the eBay account. It asks me to enter my card, so please, what do I do?
