Hello everyone,I'm running into a blocking issue with eBay that has been going on for more than 2 weeks regarding a VAT refund request: • I placed an order as a guest. • This order is associated with an email address linked to an old suspended account, which I can no longer access. • However, eBay is asking me to log in to that suspended account to submit the refund form, which is impossible. • I do have a current, active eBay account, which I’m using to post this message, but eBay does not allow me to use that account for the process. • I have sent all the proof of the double VAT charge, both from my current eBay account and from the email address used for the order, with no clear response from customer support. (documents sent to customerhelp_fr@ebay.com and paymentsinfoFR@ebay.fr) • I’ve been going in circles for more than a week despite countless exchanges. • I have finally forwarded the whole case to Fevad.If anyone has already run into this kind of situation (guest order + old suspended account), I would appreciate any advice to get the refund unstuck.Thank you so much!
