problem with payout of my sales

Since August 2024, eBay has no longer been able to pay the proceeds from my sales into my bank account. It has not changed in 10 years. I have contacted customer service by phone many times, and despite promises to contact technical support, they have never managed to pay me the proceeds from my sales. Every week I receive an eBay message saying "we have sent your transfer" and then another message saying "your payout was unsuccessful". Can you tell me what to do to get my payouts. And can you give me the postal address or email address of the director of eBay France so that I can contact him directly, as the other solutions have failed. Thank you. braboulik
