Since it’s the seller asking you, why do you want to send it to ebay?
= You reply to the seller via ebay messaging by attaching the file.

The seller informed me that he didn’t receive anything as an attachment
So he’s asking me to send it via eBay.
I don’t understand at all.
How can I send the receipt as an attachment via eBay? This is the first time this has happened to me.
