Shipping issue from the United States

Hello,

I bought a book in the United States and the seller is having trouble printing the shipping label; they’re being asked for a "tariff number" that they don’t have. Has anyone ever been in this situation for an international shipment? Thanks!

= So it is therefore, logically, up to the US seller to check with their customer service or ask the question on the forum they belong to, namely ebay.com
