Problem with accepted offer still showing online, it’s getting more and more complicated on eBay
Hello, for several months now, I’ve been running into a recurring problem with offers and counteroffers on eBay. Sometimes, when I accept an offer, the transaction goes to “awaiting payment” but, under exactly the same conditions, the listing stays active, as if nothing had happened. Today, I accepted three counteroffers. Only one went to payment pending, the other two stayed online. I still can’t send a combined invoice or combine shipping costs, which is incomprehensible. What’s most frustrating is that this problem has lasted for so long. And today, it’s impossible to reach support by phone, everything goes through written messages. I’m seriously starting to wonder whether I’m going to keep selling on eBay. When you spend so much time working around glitches instead of selling, you shouldn’t be surprised that some sellers look at the competition. Am I the only one experiencing this problem?
