Problem with the number of items for sale

I’ll try to be as clear as possible. I have put 14 items up for sale. When I go to ''my eBay - my sales''. I can see the 14 items just fine.

However, when I click on my username, it says that I only have 13 items for sale.

Why doesn’t the last item appear please? Is there a particular reason? If buyers click on my username, they don’t see that item, so that’s a shame.
