As a buyer and seller on eBay for quite some time, I am having a problem today registering my bank card for selling fees and thus receiving my funds.

Let me explain: I made several sales over the last few days, I am not an occasional seller, the funds are clearly available in my eBay account but the payout is blocked because my payment card is not valid even though it is my usual card that works without any problem.
When I try to register another card, a red message appears at the top of the page stating that "this card is not valid, please add another one" or "we were unable to verify your payment method, please select another one".

Meanwhile, my funds cannot be paid out even though I am presenting them with two perfectly valid cards.
