Hello, I’m returning a package and I followed all the steps (from printing the label that was imposed on me to dropping it off at a relay point).
The problem comes when I try to let eBay know that the package is marked as shipped. I enter "colissimo" as the carrier, and my package number (and that’s it), except that when I finish filling in this info, it shows me "The specified carrier is not valid or cannot be used for this return."
I tried with the carrier "la poste", with spaces or without spaces in the package number, but nothing works. Does anyone have an idea?

IF you enter ----> La Poste for a "colissimo".... and/or.... Mondial Relay for the "relay point".... maybe that will work better...?
Try..
On the other hand, eBay imposes nothing... it directs you to.... and you always have the option of making YOURSELF your shipping label, at La Poste or at a Mondial Relay drop-off point... you just have to fill in the info yourself, pay on site and drop it off for shipping...
