Problem reading counter-offer message
Summary: bedelsafa is having trouble reading a message in a counteroffer on eBay, which makes it hard to communicate the terms of the offer to the buyer. Although the issue has been reported to eBay, bedelsafa is looking for advice or similar experiences from other users to fix this bug.
Hello everyone,
This is the second time I haven't been able to read the attached message in a counteroffer made to a buyer.
When I click on "read your message", the page opens but no message appears....
The buyer seems to have the same result as I do. I reported the problem to eBay but I wanted to know if anyone has noticed the same bug or how to find this famous message.
This is really a problem because the buyer doesn't see all the offer validity conditions.
