Hello, I placed an order for a car part without an eBay account. The seller sent me an email saying they were waiting for a response, but I don’t know which one. In the meantime, my order status has changed to “shipped” but it hasn’t actually been shipped, and I can’t get in touch with the seller. What should I do? Thanks
