delivery issue
Hello everyone, I'm selling a Lego set that was just bought by a buyer. He paid for delivery, but the problem is that there’s nothing on the shipping label for the package, and it even shows a hand delivery, which is impossible to do. So how do I get a shipping label or change the delivery method? thank you

your listing allowed either in-person pickup or delivery via "Shop2Shop by Chronopost: relay-to-relay delivery".
If your buyer paid for delivery to a pickup point, what’s stopping you from shipping it?
You’re not required to go through Packlink. It’s even better to avoid it. Print your shipping label directly from the carrier’s website.
