Buyer payment issue: a buyer opened a dispute, won it, but received the item right after
Hello, how does this work if the buyer doesn't want to pay for the item again even though he was refunded because the post took a long time... The dispute was closed but he received the item the next day and he is no longer replying to pay me. Ebay still wants to charge me. What should be done?

You can contact customer service but if the buyer has already received the refund, they are the only one who can give back the money or the item ..

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply 🙂 Well, he’s not replying anymore, but I’m going to get my insurance’s legal department involved because ebay wants to charge me the amount they refunded to the buyer... Customer service told me that once the dispute is closed, there’s nothing we can do... what a joke. Imagine a guy goes to prison for theft and assault, and after his trial we provide proof that he’s not guilty... he’s not going to stay in prison, but for ebay that changes nothing even if we bring the proof after the dispute is closed (because the delivery took time but I can’t do anything about that) we stay in prison... Long live justice, like everywhere it’s the honest people who pay the price...
I’m going to end up closing my account and they’ll lose more than the amount they owe me...
