Card payment issue

Hello.
I made a mistake when entering my card number.
It blocked everything.
I tried again after clearing the cache. No luck.
Sale canceled.
The seller is furious.
But most importantly. Will I be able to use my card on eBay again?

If needed: check with customer service whether your account is blocked or not (contact link at the very bottom of the page), because then they will be the only ones able to intervene.
