Hello everyone,

I have another ebay account and I can't log into it; every time I’m asked for identity verification with an SMS sent. The problem is that I changed my number (I no longer have my old phone or the SIM card), and when I change my mobile number, the identity verification process as well as the selfie fails. I receive an email telling me they were unable to verify my identity.

I also tried contacting customer service, and they told me it’s impossible to recover my account.

Do you have any idea because I would really like to recover my old account, it had a few more reviews.
