problem sending a message
Hello,
I've been trying for quite a while to reply to a seller and I can't seem to write a message. Do you have a solution, or the same problems?

how exactly are you going about it and at what point does it "get stuck"?

OP4 months agowhen I want to reply to the seller and I go into the mailbox I
can't type, the cursor isn't active, I just have an arrow and
that's it (I don't know if I'm making myself clear).

once you're in the mailbox:
1 / You write your message in the field where it says "Send the message".
2/ You click the arrow to send the message.
