I can’t manage to complete a sale, eBay says the seller doesn’t ship to my address even though that’s not the case!
How can we sort this out?

Ask your seller to add your username to this list->
https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?
Then ask them to let you know when that’s done... which will let you complete the purchase.
