There's been a bug since yesterday.
You'll need to wait while eBay resolves the problem.

Found on a site (I couldn’t verify it since I wasn’t affected by the bug):
"For those who really need to create an ad on eBay while waiting for the bug to be fixed,
– only works with a PC
– ideally, if you have scheduled listings, it’s more convenient; otherwise, in active listings,
– choose a listing in the desired format, auction or fixed price,
– choose « sell a similar item »
– write the whole listing, photos, title and description, etc. . .
But do not touch the price
– save the listing
– you’ll find it again where you started from (scheduled or active)
– on the right you have the price column, in the relevant box of the listing you just created you can change the price
In the meantime, it’s better than nothing. . ."
