Problem finding an item purchased on eBay

We recently bought an harmonium that is completely unsuitable for what we expected from it and that is defective!
Impossible to find the order !!!!!!!!

I had a message exchange with the seller that I can't find anywhere except in my emails.

I can’t go any further, and it’s still a device that costs around €400!

I didn’t think E-bay had any technical support at all apart from a forum!!!

So the order is dated December 3rd, I received the item on December 11th and today is the 13th.

The item is defective and is nowhere near as described in the listing or worth the price...

The problem is that the person who bought it with the association didn't use the account we have on eBay but still used the account's email address.

According to eBay's terms, I can request a return with a refund! But I can't seem to reach an agreement! How can I make eBay take over and ask the seller to carry out the return process.
