VAT-inclusive price issue
Hello,
I just created my first listing. However, I entered €59.95 including tax for the product but it shows up as €71.94. I did specify VAT at 0%. I don't understand why it's adding this VAT.
Thank you for your reply.

OP2 years agoOtherwise, do you think it’s possible if I say that delivery is domestic. As if I received the product and then shipped it to the customer?

Mentor2 years agoNo..
You're making things more complicated....
At best, do what @koalagris told you.... at 14H52.
Personally, I can't do anything more for you.... please excuse me for that... but management directives are none of my concern... only.... you... you can take them.. and I don't have to influence you (except to tell you that drop shipping is an illusion for many sellers, presented online as an ideal of having products for sale and no stock.. but only +/- 20% of candidates for this form of selling stand out... the others fail.... don't lose your shirt on it...)
Best regards

OP2 years agoI completely understand what you mean. But I'd like to know if there is a solution.
Because on my side I pay VAT to the supplier (for purchases under €150), so I'm the one who "handles" and pays the import, not the customer.
So I'm stuck.

and... if you can change your supply system and/or your sales channel... that won’t be any worse for you...

OP2 years agoYou were redirected to this same topic. I think you made a mistake ^^
Yeah, it seems complicated to do dropshipping on eBay ...

OP2 years agoThat's not the goal, otherwise I would have done it a long time ago ... The VAT is paid directly to my supplier (for products under €150).
So I shouldn't have this double VAT.
There's no solution?

Mentor2 years agoWith an order arriving from China, the buyer becomes an importer in the eyes of the French state.

Mentor2 years agoHello @dtsautofr
If you do dropshipping, this article should interest you (read it all...)---> Dropshipping and VAT: do you have to pay it? (beaubourg-avocats.fr)
Then it’s up to you to see how to get the site to refund you the overcharged VAT if that’s the case.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. That's it, I pay the IOSS counter with the supplier, which should exempt me from the second VAT. When and how can I get the VAT refunded?

Mentor2 years agoHello @dtsautofr
Origin: China
so VAT is obligatorily added.

OP2 years agoThe VAT is paid on my side. I’d like it not to appear.

Mentor2 years agoHave the stock brought in from China, then ship from France in that case...
