I’m contacting you about a recurring payment issue with my buyers, and more specifically with my recent listings (notably after accepting offers or creating new listings).

My buyer wants to pay for their purchase (for an amount of €3752) in several installments via Klarna or PayPal payment solutions. However, these installment payment options are systematically blocked or unavailable on my listings, even though they are perfectly accessible from other sellers.

We have already tried creating a brand-new dedicated listing without an immediate payment option, but the problem persists: the buyer still gets errors and the payment plans do not appear.

I want to express to you, as well as to my buyer, our strong frustration with the complexity and lack of clarity of the payment settings on the platform. As a seller, I simply want all my buyers to be able to benefit from all the payment methods available on eBay (including 3x or 4x payment via Klarna/PayPal), without unjustified blocking.

Could you please check my account and unlock these installment payment options for my listings and for this buyer in particular?
