Hello,

When I want to refund a buyer, I get this message:

"This content is blocked. To fix the problem, contact the site owner."

I tested it on my phone, on Firefox, then on Chrome, same message.

If this alert is from the instructions indicated on this page ---> Refund a buyer | eBay

you should contact customer service here----> eBay Customer Service preferably during business hours... and at the bottom of the page click on "contact us" and then ask to be called back.

Hello,Thank you for the reply, I did that.Ebay is charging me almost 10 euros in service fees for going through them for the refund, that’s frankly outrageous, especially since the refund doesn’t work only for this order (finally eBay tells me that I don’t have a payment option linked to my account even though I already made a refund last week...)Even more so because it’s because the customer never went to pick up their package.......Thanks...Sent from my Galaxy device
