Return issue
Hello, I sent an order late so I had to buy a shipping slip again at my own expense, which is logical, but the order arrived at the pickup point and the buyer took too long to collect the order so it was returned to me, what should I do, thanks in advance

What to do...?
1) - let the buyer know that the package was returned to you..
2) - that you're ready to resend it to them on the condition that they pay the shipping costs...
and/or
3) - that you refund them the amount of the transaction minus the shipping costs that the carrier used...
