Return problem and tracking number

Summary: soleil-le-mans ran into a problem with returning an item on eBay. Despite providing the tracking number and contacting customer service several times, they’re having trouble completing the return. The site page doesn’t seem to be saving the information correctly, and the problem persists even after sending the return label and communicating with the seller.

Hello,

I returned an item with a label via the eBay site. As soon as I enter the tracking number, the page goes back to the same stage as before.

By now the seller has received the return. I have contacted eBay customer service several times but we keep going in circles, with them asking me to enter the tracking number and send the item before September 2!

And yet I attached the return label, the tracking number, and a message to the seller, but nothing works!
