Technical issue
Summary: patrco_5781 is having technical difficulties on eBay, no longer being able to remove purchases already received and rated from their history, and has lost the translation option for sellers' messages. Although they reported the problem to eBay and did an update, no solution has been found. They are asking the community for help.
For 1 week now I can no longer remove from my purchase history items I’ve already received and rated. As a stamp collector, I’m ending up with more than 60 items that I can no longer delete. In addition, I no longer have the translation option when sellers send me messages.
I reported this technical problem to eBay with no response at all. I did an update, but the problem persists.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
