Hello, I'm new to eBay and I need help. To list my first item, I'm being asked to verify my current information. So I fill in all the required fields and when I click "confirm" absolutely nothing happens! I've tried many times without success. How could I fix this problem that seems endless please?

and if there's an issue you'll find the links to customer service at the very bottom of the page
(on this user-to-user forum we can't know exactly what's blocking it, only customer service will have access to your account)
