Seller issue

I bought a plasma cutter on eBay on August 16, 2025 from a professional seller.
I reported a fault to the seller before the warranty expired. He replied at first, but hasn't given any news for two weeks now.
In addition, this order no longer appears in my purchase history, which prevents me from asking for help directly from my account.
Could you help me find this order and tell me what I need to do to make a warranty claim? or how to contact eBay since, as I bought the item last year, it doesn't appear in my purchases.

If your purchase doesn’t appear, it may be that you bought it outside your eBay account... if you have a problem... it’s here------>
Get help if you bought an item without registering | eBay
But since your seller is German.. your warranty may not actually be covered (if I may put it that way...)..
in which case.. you need to take action here------>
Take legal action in Europe
All this because eBay only offers help for 30 days after you receive a purchase... After that date, the site ignores your problems...
and your purchase is already almost 1 year old...
