Problems with return slip
The seller agreed that I could send the item back to him. So I received an email with a return label. But this one doesn't display and instead, it says there's an error. How can I ask eBay to send me a label that works so I can send the item back on time (I've been trying to contact them for 2 days) to get a refund. Thanks for your help.

Pack your parcel... go to the post office or Mondial Relay... and fill out a shipping slip, simply...
You have the seller's contact details on the parcel when you received it.. ( the return slips on ebay are equivalent to those filled out directly with the carrier )
But to be reimbursed after sending it back... you have to go through this------> Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Don't just settle for an email exchange with your seller... go through the ebay links so it can be tracked...
and don't forget to enter the return parcel tracking number on the transaction.
