Problems with EBAY. Buyer 100% satisfied but eBay is blocking my payment | Community Mentor Help

On October 20, I sell an item on EBAY for 1750 eu + shipping 40 eu, the buyer pays via EBAY /Paypal the 1790 eu ... I send the package by registered colissimo / insured on October 24 .... The buyer receives the colissimo on October 26 .... The same day, the buyer confirms on EBAY receipt and his TOTAL satisfaction ..... EBAY confirms that everything is OK .... BUT DOES NOT WANT to release my PAYMENT of 1610 eu (fees deducted) before NOVEMBER 19 !!!.... EVERYONE is satisfied with the SALE, all this confirmed as of October 26 on EBAY ..... (Seller/buyer/Ebay /Paypal .......). BUT EBAY keeps nearly a MONTH (24 days !!!) before releasing the funds !!!!!....." payment blocked " without any acceptable justification !!!....(if not normal procedure !!!). Yet, on my part, No flaw / no dispute / no problem / .... moreover an old and big EBAY / PAYPAL customer .... Something to make you think about EBAY procedures and their consequences ??.... Yet EBAY states in "HELP" that : "in most cases, the blocks are lifted when the buyer confirms having received the item " .... Despite several contacts with EBAY it is turning a deaf ear on this subject ....... (stuck situation !!!) ... I will have to WAIT nearly a MONTH to be credited !!!!!!........
