issues with the Mondial Relay site
Hello, what's going on at Mondial relay right now? It seems that many of us on Ebay can no longer send parcels.

Mentor2 years agoHello
The problem is on eBay's shipping platform ...Go directly to the carrier's website. You get the same rate by linking the 2 accounts. ,fewer problems.

OP2 years agoNo, the problem is on the Mondial Relay site that I've been using for years. Some are affected and others not, apparently ... It's the biggest bug I've ever seen since I've been on Ebay (since March 26). I just tried Packlink in Ebay's interface, I painfully entered the relay address and I can't pay, whether by Paypal or by card....Grrrr....

Mentor2 years agoHello @marachar
It seems there are a few issues with Mondial Relay during this extended Easter weekend...
- please wait for things to get back to normal tomorrow or the following day.
Best regards

OP2 years agoI’ve been using the Mondial Relay site for years and my Ebay account is linked to it. I don’t use Ebay’s interface.
