Pay attention to the dates....
- do it within the time limit, that is, within 30 days after the expected delivery date...
After that deadline, eBay won’t help you... but
- if you paid with Paypal, you can open a dispute for non-receipt of purchase on your Paypal account.
- If you paid by card... check with your bank...
