Problem with shipping to France
Hello
I live in France and I can't order anything that is shipped with eBay International Shipping. I don't know why. If I try to pay there is a message saying the seller doesn't ship to France and that is false (I contacted the sellers). The American sellers cannot send the order to France. Can somebody tell me why? I will ask the seller to use USPS or something else.

It’s due to bugs not being fixed because of an increase in customs declaration fees/obligations that GSP and other carriers don’t seem to fully master...
