Problem with a seller
I have a lying seller, he tells me he canceled the sale but in fact that's false and he sent nothing and canceled nothing.
I made a cancellation 2 minutes after purchase. And they refused my cancellation by saying that the parcel had been sent but that's not true

send it back if you don't want it---->
Return an item for a refund | eBay
keep it and/or give it to someone around you who would like it...
if it doesn't arrive after its expected delivery date--------->
Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
