background blocking issue, address
Hello, I have an issue with fund blocking! Ebay tells me that the tracking address is not the same as the delivery address, yet it’s Ebay that provides the shipping label. So funds are blocked for 1 month, I don’t understand the process. Do you have an answer to give me regarding this recurring problem? thanks everyone

in that case, it’s easy for you to prove to ebay that their block is unjustified.
Only they will be able to do what’s necessary, since in the end everything is fine on the label side and the tracking of your shipments.

what exactly is your situation:
1 / Is the address on the delivery slip different from the delivery address shown in the order details?
In that case, it’s a problem coming from eBay. (But logically you would have noticed it)
2/ Is the delivery address shown by your shipment tracking different from the delivery address shown in the order details?
There, it’s a problem related to the carrier.

this isn't the first time this has happened to me.
I don't understand, especially since it's eBay that provides the slip and validates the tracking and delivery!?
