shipping cost issue with a seller

Summary: salacool had a problem with a seller regarding shipping fees initially agreed at €7, but charged at €15. After contacting the seller with no response, koalagris advised waiting for a reply or paying the full amount. In the end, salacool received a correct consolidated invoice, resolving the issue.

before buying 3 separate lots from the same seller, I asked him how much shipping would cost for the purchase of 3 lots. The seller clearly replied that it would cost €5 in shipping for the 1st lot and then €1 in shipping for each additional lot bought.

I end up winning 3 auctions (3 lots), which comes to €5+€1+€1=€7. But the invoice I was given to pay is €15 in shipping fees, i.e. €5+€5+€5.

I was told that I have to pay before June 27.

I wrote to the seller twice asking him to change the invoice amount for the shipping fees, but he is not replying to any of my messages.

What do you think I can do? because I do not want to pay that much in shipping fees

thank you very much for your reply, I was afraid of getting a bad rating because there were still 2 days left before payment...

But the seller just sent me the consolidated invoice, so no more worries

Nothing else to do but wait for the seller's reply... or pay the full amount.

Anyway, unless there’s an automatic setting, it’s the seller who manually opens the dispute for non-payment.
