order completion problem
Hello,
I contacted customer service because I cannot complete an order; it has been more than a week since a ticket was opened and I haven't heard back, and it still doesn't work even though I can order on other sites. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, could you please help me?

What do you mean? What exactly is the problem? Do you have an error message? If so, which one?
