Shipping fee issue
Hello,
I want to place an order for football shirt printing sold by an Englishman.
Problem, when I go to buy, the shipping costs add up, meaning I pay €11 in shipping for each item, so €33 (because I want to buy 3) whereas I should only pay €11 for the whole lot.
If someone has a solution, I'm all ears.

Did you ask the seller if they could combine the shipping fees?
They’re not obligated to do that....

OP2 years agoI talked to him about it, but according to him I can make changes before placing the order, except that that's not possible.

it's up to the seller to do the adjustment and send you the payment request with the modified shipping fees.
Before that, he needs to have set up his account to accept grouped delivery .
