delivery problems to the Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese islands

I'm used to offering 2 delivery services for shipments to Spain or Italy, an economy service and a standard service. I don't want to deprive Italians or Spaniards of the economy delivery service because it offers a cheap delivery alternative that encourages purchases on my listings. Unfortunately, this delivery service does not exist for the islands: Baleares, Canaries, ..... despite having specified it on the listing, many Spaniards and Italians keep choosing this delivery service and I am forced to refund them and write to them to explain why. How can I avoid this problem??

the best thing would be to remove this service for shipments, sources of hassle, you are not protected by eBay's customer guarantee.
