hello, a buyer sent me a message but when I click reply it redirects me to my inbox and there is no trace of the buyer's message there. how can I reply to them? thanks

Try again after clearing your internet cache or using another browser.
In your "successful sales" there is also a link to send a message to the buyer on the command line, or, at worst, go through their eBay profile and use the contact link.
