Hello, I’m having a problem with selling, because the wrong location is listed in my profile. I live in France and the items for sale are in France, but I don’t know how eBay is indicating that my location is elsewhere. My ID card is not French and it shows my country of birth, and eBay has set that country as the country I want to ship from, even though I indicated the French shipping address in the 'address' section. I can’t correct it either on the website or in the app. I live in France, and I created the account 9 years ago in Paris. I can’t correct my location either on the website or in the app. There’s no point in making a request to ship from warehouses abroad, because that is not the case here. What can I do?

Your account is registered in Bulgaria, so you are subject to ebay.com (not ebay.fr)

Hello, thanks for your advice, but I don't need a residence card, because Bulgaria is a member of the EU, so I don't have a residence card, I entered my tax number, but the problem persists. eBay shows that my account was made in Bulgaria, but it wasn't, I created it in Paris and the items have always been in France and shipped from France, plus I already have a few sales, but they've had new regulations since April...

That said, for the ebay.fr identity verification you need to provide a French document (see help page), but you don't have one.
