funds blocked because ebay thinks there is a delivery address error, even though my customers did receive the parcels.
following the first email, ebay tells me it is a problem concerning the customer or the post office, even though the error comes from the shipping slip, so ebay's error
I have sent 3 more requests since then, without ever getting a reply from ebay!
honestly disappointing, I suppose they know about the issue but don't want to correct their mistake!
I am going to stop on this platform because it is really not respectful not to admit their mistakes!

Is this really serious?
On top of that, funds release was due on the 6th, so Saturday .. bank doesn't operate on weekends .. ebay still gets two more days with the money!
It remains scandalous, both in the way it was handled and in the lack of a response
Anyway, I'm waiting for my money because I urgently need it, and I'm leaving this platform that doesn't even dare to admit its mistakes.
