delivery issue
Hello, I made a purchase that isn't listed in my purchase history, even though I'm being told that delivery is in progress, but the problem is that I should have received it on August 14, and today is the 28th. What should I do?

"a purchase that is not listed in my purchase history" = so, in all likelihood, a purchase made as a guest (not signed in).
