EBAY shipping platform issue
Hello,
On your shipping platform, I can't manage to pay, everything is completed but on the right in payment it says error, if the error persists contact us, except that contact us doesn't work either.
I wanted to send the parcel out on the day of the customer's order, but it's not possible.
Could you tell me what I should do?

Forget the postage platform (which often malfunctions) and buy your shipping label directly on the carrier’s website, then enter the tracking number on the eBay order.
If using Mondial Relay: link your Mondial Relay account to your account and import the order to be shipped there, so you’ll benefit from the same rates.

Colissimo international. I couldn’t use Mondial Relay for Malta

ask the buyer for the additional shipping costs applicable to this country.
Send them the payment request by adjusting the shipping charges.
