Recurring problem in the "order details" section between "ready for pickup" and "delivered"

Good evening,  for some time now I’ve noticed that some shipments sent via Mondial Relay don’t appear as “delivered”  in the order details, but stay on “ready for pickup”. I just had a back-and-forth with a seller who was worried that their shipment wasn’t being marked as “delivered” but was still “ready for pickup”, so the exact same text as for me, even though I picked up the parcel more than 4 weeks ago and left a review for that seller the same day... is there a way  to finali...

Good evening @corsairea-87    actually, you should still be able to find the delivery information in the order details and in tracking.   Here’s what I have for an MR order in purchase history (order picked up on January 29):     On the other hand, for the same order, if I go to the order details, it shows as "ready for pickup, but also as having been successfully delivered...
