I sell professional products and my listings are being removed because people, I think competitors, say that my products are banned or counterfeit, even though I don't sell any counterfeit products. Artificial intelligence removes my listings immediately and so I can't do anything, I can't get any answers, has anyone ever had this happen?

Since you're talking about AI... it's not intelligent by nature... but by training...
- be smarter than it and review the terms used in your ads (titles and description) to avoid triggering words that are "banned"...
Before posting your ads, take a look at the vocabulary used and you'll understand--->
Ex :---> Professional Termite Anti-Termite Trap, Cartridge Stop Termite By Contamination
The word "Cartridge" is equal to a forbidden item, hence the ad is removed

So you need to do a lot of work on vocabulary to avoid anything that may be prohibited so you can sell your products..
- punchy phrases are forbidden to you ( 😮 )
