I received a product that is unusable and does not match the description. I made a complaint, and despite the photos proving the problem and offering to return it, my request was denied. Do you think that’s normal? What am I supposed to do with the product? Thanks for your comments
And unlike what Ebay indicated, I first sent one message and then another to the seller. No reply. I then informed Ebay, who told me the case was closed. So despite the contrary information, I had to return the parcel to get the refund... And on top of that, with no guarantee it would be taken into account, add the re-shipping costs by Colissimo + at least €7.
Lesson learned from this experience. If I were a thief, I’d put the defective product back on Ebay and would have a good chance, with Ebay’s backing, of getting my money back by tricking the buyer...
I won’t do that, but I’m removing Ebay from my favorites and won’t miss a chance to describe the system if I get the opportunity. Thank you for your reply and have a good day
