Product does not conform
Hello, can we report a seller for an item bought in December 2025 that is non-compliant, product value €300.
The package was not opened until July 2026.

The site clearly states that there are deadlines for using their "buyer protection"... ---------> 30 days after receipt...
Therefore ... checking a purchase + than 6 months after receipt is absurd if you want to benefit from the site's protection...
Also, reporting a seller for an item that does not conform belongs in the same "package"..
For such a large sum, you showed the + great recklessness, and you are now paying the consequences.
Only your banker via your bank card, if you paid with it, could be willing to listen to you.. (forget the 180 days from PayPal.. the deadline has passed..)
