Weird buyer profile

Hello,

A profile whose address matches a closed store. His name can’t be found anywhere except on fb in Thailand.

No purchases or sales to their credit, so no rating.

If I send the item, and he says he didn’t receive it, well, how can I protect myself from a scam?

Hello ,

Best would be to cancel the sale and repost the listing with tracked shipping , colissimo or something else .

Any buyer (even if they have a good profile and a good address) can in any case get a refund by claiming non-receipt if you ship without tracking.

To protect yourself: don’t offer green letter shipping on your listings...
